5k Run/Walk For The Cure

What a Girl Wants Fashion Show

8th Annual Antiques and Artisans Show

The annual Tipp City Antique & Artisan Show closes Tipp City’s Main Street every June to accommodate participating merchants and artisans, who display unique and collectible primitives, glassware, garden architectural items, furniture, vintage clothing and jewelry, and other collectibles.The 8th annual Tipp City Antique & Artisan Show will accommodate over 60 participating merchants and artisans, displaying unique and collectible primitives, glassware, garden architectural items, furniture, vintage clothing and jewelry, and other collectibles. Many local artists will also be participating, bringing their watercolors, oils, pottery, weaving, metal and wood forms, photography, “papers”, hand-embroidered items and jewelry. Other merchants will be doing ongoing, live demonstrations of their work techniques and be creating unique works of art right in front of your eyes! Some art will be in the form of music and dance throughout the day at a stage located at the corner of Third and Main streets.
To add to the festivities, the Tippecanoe Farmer’s Market will also be participating throughout the day with fresh flowers, fruits and vegetables, and the nearby Tippecanoe Museum will be open all day, with docents to help you enjoy your visit. For “eats,” look into the Pancake Breakfast from 8-11 sponsored by the Tipp United Methodist Church, the Spaghetti Dinner from 4-6 sponsored by the Miami Democratic Women’s Club and food booths sponsored by local organizations through out the day. The local restaurants will also be open their regular hours with full menus.

Tippecanoe Canal Jumpers
June to September, 2011
Vintage base ball+ Tipp City = a perfect team. Watch for the 2011 Tippecanoe Canal Jumpers schedule! The Tippecanoe Canal Jumpers is a vintage base ball (during the Civil War it was two words) team made up of interested local volunteers who play 1860′s rules and outfits. Come out and support the new team! No gloves, no spitting – but all fun! The Tipp City Visitor’s Bureau is a program of the Downtown Tipp City Partnership, a local group of interested business owners, government officials and residents. Tippecanoe Farmers’ Market
June to September, 2011
The Tippecanoe Farmers’ Market is an effort to bring local and regional growers and vendors to a small, volunteer-run farmers’ market in the historic downtown shopping district of Tipp City. Located in downtown Tipp City, Ohio on Third St. between Main and Dow, the market is held every Saturday morning with free admission. The Tipp City Mum Festival
September 23, 24, and 25, 2011
The Tipp City Mum Festival is Miami County’s oldest festival. The festival began in the fall of 1958 to showcase fields of mums growing on the edge of town. Over the years, it has grown from a single day with a parade to events covering weekends in the months of August and September.
